This includes general E & O coverage and covers suits from limited partners against the general partner.

Hotel Professional Management Services means those services you perform for others pursuant to a signed and valid management contract, including: financial management and accounting services, human resources management services, food and beverage management services, marketing services, operations management services, communications and information and technology management services, real property management services, and construction/capital improvement management services.

Hotel Professional Management Services shall not include leasing management services or real property development.
